The 300-foot Dadieshui Waterfall, also known as Flying Dragon, is one of several waterfalls in the midst of the Shilin Stone Forest. Located 75 miles from Kunming in Southwest China, the Stone Forest is the result of more than 270 millions of years of seismic activity and erosion of the limestone seabed by both wind and water.

During the dry season, Flying Dragon Waterfall seems to be covered by a misty gauze. During the rainy season, the waterfall sends up clouds of mist as it strikes the rocks below.
